 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Worldwide Hunting Outfitters website and any related communications, consultations, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By using our website or engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

 Worldwide Hunting Outfitters provides hunt planning, outfitting coordination, and concierge-style services. We may directly outfit select hunts and, when appropriate, coordinate with vetted third-party outfitters, professional hunters/guides, venues, travel providers, and other partners.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or Services.

• Information you provide must be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• We may decline inquiries at our discretion, including when a request conflicts with our ethics, safety standards, legal requirements, or partner availability.

 Because hunts vary by destination, outfitter, species, season, and availability, pricing is typically provided by quote.

Depending on the hunt, payments may be made:

• To a third-party outfitter/partner under their booking terms, and/or
• To Worldwide Hunting Outfitters for planning/concierge services (if applicable)

 If we charge a planning or booking fee, it will be disclosed in writing before you commit.

Third-party providers (outfitters, lodges, airlines, etc.) may have their own deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation policies. 

You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to those terms.

 Hunts often involve limited inventory (permits, quotas, dates, lodging, guides). For that reason:

• Cancellations and refunds are generally governed by the third-party outfitter/partner policies for the specific hunt.
• If Worldwide Hunting Outfitters charges a separate planning/concierge fee, that fee may be non-refundable once work has begun (unless otherwise stated in writing).
• Date changes, substitutions, and transfers are subject to availability and partner approval.

 We will make reasonable efforts to help you navigate changes, but we cannot guarantee outcomes controlled by third parties.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and requirements, including but not limited to:

• Passports, visas, and travel documentation
• Firearms import/export rules and permits
• Hunting licenses, tags, and species-specific permits
• Local laws, regulations, and landowner rules
• Customs requirements and trophy export/import rules

 We may provide general guidance, but you are responsible for confirming requirements with the appropriate authorities and providers.

We operate with a strict ethics standard. By engaging with us, you agree that you will not request, participate in, or encourage:

• Poaching or illegal activity
• Canned hunts or unethical practices
• Misrepresentation of identity, credentials, or intent
• Harassment, unsafe conduct, or behavior that jeopardizes people, wildlife, or property

We may terminate services if conduct violates these standards.

 Hunting and international travel involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, wildlife encounters, firearm risks, weather, remote conditions, transportation incidents, and other hazards.

By participating in any hunt or related travel, you acknowledge and assume these risks.

• We do not guarantee harvest, trophy size, species availability, weather conditions, travel schedules, or outcomes.
• Wildlife is unpredictable and conditions vary by season, quota, and location.
• Third-party outfitters and providers are independent entities; we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worldwide Hunting Outfitters will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

 Our total liability for any claim related to the website or Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Worldwide Hunting Outfitters for the specific Services giving rise to the claim (if any).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted.

 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Worldwide Hunting Outfitters from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your participation in any hunt or travel.

 All website content (text, photos, videos, logos, and design) is owned by Worldwide Hunting Outfitters or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

 Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

 Our website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert state], without regard to conflict of laws principles.
